It was a pleasure to attend the 28th JCNS Neutron Laboratory Course 2026. The first week was a series of lectures on neutron scattering theory and techniques at Forschungszentrum Jülich. The second week was hands-on experiments on the instruments at the Institut Laue-Langevin (ILL) in Grenoble. The course was a great opportunity to gain practical experience with neutron instrumentation and to exchange ideas with fellow young researchers from across Europe.

Prof. Sven Friedemann (University of Bristol, UK) visited us and gave a seminar as part of the ongoing CFM Colloquium Series

Our group hosted a two-days workshop on Neutron Diffraction by Dr. Matthias Gutmann from the ISIS Neutron and Muon Source (UK). This was part of the ongoing CFM Neutron Scattering Series. Funding was provided by Estrategia IKUR 2030.
